Inland Romagna and Amusement Parks

While it is true that it is very nice to be able to enjoy a peaceful seaside holiday in Rimini with your family and children
this does not necessarily mean that it is the only thing to do once you arrive here in Viserbella.

Once you get here, don’t forget to ask for advice on where to go and what to see: because for us you are friends before you are guests,
we will secretly tell you the name of some superb wine shops in our hills to combine the freshness of days by the sea with the warm welcome
of unforgettable food and wine evenings…

Places and Events to Discover

Welcome to Romagna

In fact, our area is rich in proposals and ideas and you might consider staying a few more days, perhaps taking advantage of one of the many offers and last minute deals we propose with inland excursions to get to know other aspects of the Romagna Riviera.

On our Adriatic Coast, events are organised throughout the summer such as Notte Rosa, considered the real New Year’s Eve of the summer in terms of importance and appeal, capable of bringing young people from all over Italy and beyond to our beaches.

For young and old, lots of fun

Amusement Parks

Don’t forget amusement parks such as Aquafan and Oltremare, in Riccione; Mirabilandia in Ravenna, Italia in Miniatura right next to our hotel, Fiabilandia in Rimini, Le Navi Aquarium in Cattolica and many other amusement parks along the coast…

Art and History through the Centuries

Rimini and Santarcangelo

Suffice it to say that Rimini alone can already offer such gems as the Tiberius Bridge, the Surgeon’s Domus, the Augustus Arch and the Rocca Malatestiana right in the city centre!

Santarcangelo di Romagna is a beautiful and important town that has maintained strong ties with its past and traditions.
The entire historic centre is alive with well-kept houses and palaces, excellent restaurants and taverns, and narrow streets leading to lively little squares.
The atmosphere one breathes is that of a large village that wants to live at the right pace: tourists immediately perceive a strong ‘city’ and Romagna identity.

So much to discover and visit

San Marino and the Marecchia Valley

San Marino Republic

On the border between Emilia Romagna and Marche, just a few kilometres from Rimini, is the Republic of San Marino. It stands on Mount Titano, which is the symbol of the country and marks the beginning of the Tuscan-Romagna Apennines. From the highest part of San Marino, one can see the beautiful panorama of the Adriatic coast, as well as its 9 castles and other artistic beauties. One breathes a medieval atmosphere throughout the streets and alleys of the Republic.

Valmarecchia
This is a vast territory that lies mostly in Emilia-Romagna, but also passes through Marche and Tuscany. The upper part of the Marecchia Valley is the ancient heart of Montefeltro and offers suggestive landscapes thanks to its natural panoramic balconies from which it is possible to see the sea.

Charming and unique villages

Gradara and San Leo

Gradara
A beautiful mediaeval village a few kilometres from Rimini with a wonderful castle where the famous love story of Paolo and Francesca is remembered. The evocative and fascinating atmosphere of the Borgo and the Rocca are the natural setting for many events throughout the year. The summer shows are the most evocative and interesting, such as the famous “Siege at the Castle”.

San Leo
Another picturesque village whose fortress can be accessed via a single road cut into the rock.
At the highest point of the rocky boulder stands the Fortress of San Leo, which hosted many historical figures such as Dante, St Francis of Assisi and the Count of Cagliostro. San Leo is very important for its preserved architectural heritage such as the Preromanesque Parish Church, the Romanesque Cathedral, the Fortress and the Franciscan Convent of St. Igne.
