We choose our ingredients very carefully.
Fruit and vegetables produced locally, meat and fish with Dop and Igp quality marks, typical and/or unusual cheeses served with our homemade chutneys, different and imaginative desserts made by us and a lot more besides, will appear on your table and satisfy even the most fussy palates.
A choice of menus, from meat to fish dishes every day, accompanied by a rich buffet of raw and cooked vegetables.
Breakfast comprises a choice of sweet and savoury dishes that are laid out piping hot on the abundant buffet table, with home made croissants of various shapes and sizes.
We will delight you with our surprises. Taste different kinds of bruschettas, fossa cheese (matured in underground caves) and flavours form the land of Romagna… come and see us and you will discover these delights!
We have studied food intolerance for over ten years, which allows us to offer menus without gluten, starting with fresh bread every day, as well as tasty pasta dishes, meat and fish dishes, delicious breakfast cakes, and lovely desserts.
If you appreciate vegetarian cooking, you can try dishes flavoured with spices and dressings that enhance the flavour of the food.
Children are our star guests and are always welcome here, as you will see from our flexible meal times and special menus, broth, and organic soup that we make for them.
